FAQs

How much does full-service design cost?

Our first step in the process is an on-site consultation, which is $350 for a 2 hour session. This time together allows us to offer ideas and suggestions for your space, while factoring in personal preferences and wish list items for your project and budget.

A proposal is then developed based on your specific needs and project scope, leaving you with a good understanding of projected costs. This can allow you to have transparency and clear expectations as we move forward in your project.

What does full-service design include?

Our full service design, whether a new build or remodel, includes all stages of the build and design process. This includes 3D models, space planning, material and finish selections, custom mood boards, and all aspects that your specific project may require.

We truly consider ourselves your partner throughout the process of building, renovating, or furnishing your home. We are your advocates and handle communications with contractors and vendors, review samples and sourcing, and guide you through every step of the way until your project is complete.

Our full service furniture design includes white glove delivery and assembly, installation, trash removal, styling, and full preparation of the space, leaving you turn-key ready for hosting or enjoying!

What size projects and budgets do you work with?

We typically work on multi-room to full-home projects, as we want to ensure you are left with a home that feels cohesive and fresh. We’re happy to review your project needs to see how we can help!

What areas do you service?

We specialize in projects in the Northeast Florida area, including but not limited to Jacksonville, Jacksonville Beaches, Ponte Vedra, Fernandina Beach, Nocatee, St. Johns, St. Augustine, and Palm Coast. However we are happy to explore options for design projects located outside of our “home-base”.

How involved can I be/do I have to be in my project?

As involved as you want to be! We love to work collaboratively with you throughout the process, but are here to manage your project and alleviate the stress of decision making and time commitment involved. You can enjoy the “fun” parts, while we handle the rest! It’s important to us to get to know you and your preferences so we can work hand in hand to achieve your desired goals.
